River levels on the River Hull in Kingswood have now fallen below levels of concern. However, this warning remains in force in anticipation of a rise in levels following further rainfall and this evenings tide. River levels are rising in the River Hull as a result of heavy rainfall from Storm Ciara. Consequently, flooding is expected. Areas most at risk are properties in Kingswood Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours, although this will not be as heavy as the rain over the weekend.
